How to Prepare Well for Success
A checklist of things to do to plan well for the show
- Have your most experienced sales team ready to market your offerings.
- Lots of Marketing Brochure, Standee Banners and Backdrops
- Check the weather and be prepared for it. If you are not prepared for the weather conditions, ypu might not be able to perform well
- Check if you'd need any add On Services like - Hostess, Electricity, WiFi, Mobile Phone etc while in USA.
- Plan to cater to the NRI client. Talk to your management on how can you satisfy the fear that exists in Indian Real Estate due to the unstructuredness
- We'd highly suggest to have quick booking discounts to offer during the show. Such discounts entice the NRIs to make a quick decision
- In your gear, do pack a digital camera for lots of memorable pictures
- Have some branding Freebies. Visitors tend to stop by the stalls with Freebies.
- Call / email your existing customer base and let them know of your program. On one hand they'd be delighted to meet you and on the other they ight have some referals to bring along.
- Market your program and US visit on all your corpoate marketing material
- Check your rolodex to see if there's any one in your networ that can help you with bringing more referals
